We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual homeowner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras.

Main Management Contract
The complete Management package includes the Booking & letting Contract, which amounts to 15% of the weekly/fortnightly rental charge.

Cleaning Contract
If you use our bookings and letting contract along with our Website Advertising. The following charges for changeovers will be applicable.

• 2 Bedroom Property - €50.00.
• 3 Bedroom Property - €60.00.
• 4 Bedroom Property - €70.00.

Linen changes if required are extra and charged at €15.00 per bed.
N.B. This cost is usually paid by the person/tenant renting the property over and above the normal rental fee.

Advertising
To advertise on our Website €90.00 per year. This includes submission of 6 photos and information on the property.

Keyholding
We will hold the keys for your property and upon request make them available to visiting tradesmen.€150.00 per year.

Call out service
Can be used to liase with deliveries or tradesmen, access to the property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency. €30.00.
N.B. This includes waiting up to 1hr. Subsequent hours charged at €25.00 per hour.

Consultation Service €90.00 for up to 2 hours.

Gardening
We do not charge for travelling time. €25 Per Hour using clients own equipement and fuel, €35 euros Per Hour using our own equipment and fuel.

Guest Services
Provide special welcome packs - basics. Including milk, coffee, sugar, water, wine, bread, preserves, beers etc. €25.00.

Security Checks
We will check your property every month, internally & externally to make sure everything is fine giving you peace of mind. We then email ou clients afer every visit so they know the property has been checked €250.00 per year.
