The fees charged by us are easily recouped by
regular letting and it is our intention to make sure each booking goes as
smoothly as possible, resulting in guests that wish to re-book the following
year, and recommend your property to others.
We can provide a tailored service to suit any
individual homeowner; the services we offer are numerous. We can offer
standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' if you

Contracts Offered:
- Cleaning Contract
A clean property is your key to success in the
letting market. Under the terms of our cleaning contract, we will visit
the property after each letting, giving it a full clean
- Bookings & Lettings
Contract
This contract is ideal for people who do not have
the time or inclination to deal directly with their customers. It can be
hard, time consuming work and it is important to be aware of the
possible headaches it can involve. It is important to respond quickly to
rental enquiries and our booking agency is contactable at all times. If
you are not 'on hand' it can be extremely beneficial to employ an agency
to take good care of both your property management and your guests.
Our job will involve dealing with enquiries from your clients. Handling client's complaints. Keeping booking calendars and availability charts. Keeping spreadsheet records of all your rentals. Managing all bookings, taking deposits and payments. Holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages. A full property check will be made before releasing the damage deposit back to your clients. Our commission will be deducted from the booking payment and statements
issued to clients.
Issuing your clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions. Maintaining telephone or email contact with your clients from the first enquiry until they leave for France. We will provide details on how everything works, where to dispose of rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving information on local restaurants, local attractions etc. Keep an updated 'guest manual' in the property where guests can make their comments and suggestions on both
the property and the services we provide. Provide welcome packs (if required at an additional cost) for your guests.
Our phone number will
be left with guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us
at anytime.
People are more likely
to look after your property if they feel you have gone to a lot of trouble to
make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Whilst many property
management companies restrict the amount of weeks that are available to you
for 'personal use' we offer no such penalties your property is yours to use
as you wish.
Additional Services:
- Property Search:
We can take the hassle out of buying a
property. We will go to the notaries on your behalf and search for the
right property for you. We will take photos, internally and externally, then send them to you via email. We can also accompany you on viewings and to the notaries to negotiate on your behalf. - Key holding:
We will hold the keys for your property and upon
request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. This is
normally for owners who do not regularly rent out their property or want
any other kind of service. We can also arrange for one of our team to be
at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen.
- Consultation Service:
We will meet with clients at their new property,
inspect the property and advise on equipment needed, whether providing
basic or luxury rental. Maximum rental potential, security etc. All
aspects of renting.
- Guest services:
Provide special welcome packs (which can be
determined by either the owner or the guest and will be priced
accordingly). Place tourist guides and local information in the
property
- Connection of
Services:
We
can assist with connection of Electricity, Water and Telephone service.
We can also help with opening a French bank account.
- Planning Permission:
If
you require someone to assist with planning permission and drawing up
plans we can help.
- Security Checks:
This service is for owners who wish to have peace of
mind and know their property is being frequently visited. We will visit
the property according to the instruction of the owner. We will check
the property to ensure everything is fine. We then email the owner to
confirm the property has been checked and there are no problems
